Processing Time

Shipping Times

United States: 6–12 business days
International: 8–15 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

VAT, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (including the EU and UK), any VAT, customs duties, or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery if required by their country’s customs office. HeatHug is not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages
